By Malcolm Gladwell Malcolm Gladwell is truly a delight to read. If you love receiving your non-fiction literature through storytelling, then you will enjoy anything Gladwell has to offer. Although he's an avid writer for the New York Times, I consider him more of a Sociologist. He delivers his perception on the world with such an anthropological and scientific perspective that you can't help but ponder your assumptions about the way humanity and society function once you've read his writings.

By Sharon Lechter If you need a little inspiration in your life, look no further. Full of gems from the original Think and Grow Rich written by Napoleon Hill, this book captures the same concept while catering to the female mind. It offers wonderful words of wisdom from some of the most successful women of our time and of times past.

By Carrie Green I am currently in the process of reading this little energy charged How To. Carrie offers solid yet practical advice on what it takes to grow a business as a woman in today's world. Her book is full of tips, tricks, strategy, and inspiration that is certain to help any business minded women progress her professional goals.

By Dale Carnegie This should be required high school reading. There is a reason this book published in the 1930s is still a best seller today. Chock full of valuable business and relationship advice, this little roadmap to success is basically a personal communications guide 101. You will be better for reading it; I know I was.

By Malcolm Gladwell Yes, Gladwell made my list twice. The truth is, I love anything written by Gladwell, (and yes, I've read them all.) The Tipping Point is a really great read however, because it describes success in such a way that is so significant yet seldom mentioned. I love everything about this book.

By Jen Sincero If you have the opportunity to listen to this book on Audible, do it. Jen actually narrates herself, and putting a voice to the wordsmith behind the pages just makes it that much more intriguing. If you have dreams or goals in life at all, then this book will inspire you to stop sitting on the sofa, and get out there and chase them. (Just a little fair warning: she curses a little.)
